QUESTION 1:
Are you newly married? What was your wedding like?
Yes! And it was truly the most magical Christmas wedding.
We had a Catholic ceremony at my childhood church, which made the whole day feel full-circle, nostalgic, and emotional. Our reception was at the President Hotel, and it was dreamy.
We hired the most talented quartet for cocktail hour, but we were so busy during photos that we didn’t get to hear them. I ran down 30 flights of stairs (in my dress & heels!) hoping to catch them before they left. They were already packed up… but they unpacked everything & stayed after hours and gave us our own little private concert, just for us!
I instantly cried—it was one of the most special, unexpected moments of the day. Truly unforgettable. If anyone ever needs an amazing quartet, I know the perfect one.
We brought in Christmas trees with warm white lights, and the hotel was already beautifully decorated for the season. Everything felt elegant, cozy, and so perfectly “us.”
My friends and family kept saying, “Not a single detail was missed,” and honestly…after months of planning, that was the greatest compliment.
QUESTION 2:
What are you obsessed with right now?
Comfy pajama sets and face masks.
I could easily put on a face mask every single day —in fact, I have one on right now as we speak.
And yes…I’m also wearing my red plaid pajama set.
But the best part?
Michael is wearing his too.
We’re matching.
It’s giving: newlywed relaxation day
QUESTION 3:
What’s something people would be surprised to learn about you?
How much tradition means to me.
At our wedding rehearsal, my grandmother gave the most beautiful speech—and almost all of it was about how sentimental I am and how deeply I value tradition. Hearing her say it out loud made me emotional, because it’s one of the most true things about me.
Wearing my mom’s wedding dress for the rehearsal, getting married in my childhood church (my parents were married there too), incorporating little family moments…those things matter to me. They make everything feel rooted and meaningful.
QUESTION 4:
What’s been the happiest moment lately?
I actually have two.
First: marrying my best friend. Nothing will ever top that.
Second: having my baby brother in town for the wedding.
He lives in Central Park and I rarely get to see him. Him and I just click—we get each other in that sibling way you can’t explain.
Having him here made everything feel complete, and when he left…I felt it. He’s truly one of my favorite humans.
QUESTION 5:
What’s something your family or friends tease you about?
How detail-oriented I am.
If there’s a detail, I’ll notice it. If something is slightly off, I’ll fix it. If there’s a better way—trust me, I’ve already thought about it.
Everyone jokes that I have “eagle eyes” for details, whether it’s décor, timelines, photos, or tiny things most people would never catch.
Because here’s the truth: presentation is everything.
And believe me…it’s the little details that make something feel like an experience.
It’s a huge part of who I am—and I honestly love that about myself.
